Multiple shops
So, I have decided that I'm going to join as many online shops as I can! So far, I am on Folksy, Zibbet, WOW and MISI... and I'm going to be joining up with Etsy, eHive, UKHandmade and any others I can find! I figure that the more places I join, the more likely it is that I'll sell my work! Does anyone else do this? I know it's going to be even more work, and it's already hard to keep up with all the online sites I'm a member of, but if I really knuckle down and keep organized, then hopefully it'll work out well! I know I'm pretty bad at keeping this up to date, but from now on, I'm going to be really good and make sure I post on here at least once a day! So keep watching, things are going to get more interesting, I promise!! Let me know what you think... C. x

Wow! That sounds like loads of work. I only sell through Folksy and then do a few craft fairs. I do have a full time job though so that's my excuse! Lots of luck for many sales - you certainly have some lovely jewels! x
ReplyDeleteThank you Hon! I'm not working at the mo, (apart form GlitterRT of course) due to an injury, so I do have all my time to devote to it, but still, it's a hell of a lot of work for one person to cope with!!! C. x
ReplyDeleteI had quite a few shops to begin with but as I only make one-of-a-kind items I had to make enough to stock all the shops to a reasonable level and found it was just too much work, so I closed them all except Folksy. I may start up another one again if I think I'll be able to keep up making stock for it.
